The purpose is to maintain company’s main hierarchie’s units and tree structures. In this manual main hierarchy refers to cost center. Depending on business environment it can be other business identifier.

In addition to cost center, other dimensions’ tree structures are maintained in the same way, for example project dimension.

The “Department” drop-down menu contains all defined companies, dimensions and their tree structures. In case Special reports are in use, move on to their maintenance here.

Organisation views, enables System Admin to select units from the organizations’ unit list, i.e. creating a View from the chosen units.
