Period change
The system administrator makes a permanent period change. Change applies to the entire system - all users.
Change reporting month, follow-up year and budget year.
Note
For the end users, the period change will come in force during the next login.
Change of reporting month
Choose new month from the list. Confirm the change.
Change of follow-up / budget year
Choose Change the follow-up / Budget year | “new year”. Confirm the change.
The follow-up year / budget year can be changed from the current year, one year backwards or forwards, at a time.
Note
If the budget year is changed backwards, the reports have to be run, in order to update data for the reports.
In general, the budget year is follow-up year + 1.
Change of the reporting year.
When the follow-up year (reporting year) is changed, the Administrator will need to make a few checks on the system configuration. The measures are explained in more detail in the chapter: Reporting year change checklist.
