XBRL -reporting maintenance¶
Maintenance
> XBRL-reports
When the XBRL reporting is deployed, new row model is opened, which is in the same format as JHS -chart of accounts. Additionally, new XBRL-reports group is opened for maintenance. The group contains XBRL-reports steering rules, and XBRL file export.
Deployment is a two-step process from the customer’s perspective:
Mapping accounts to the JHS-chart of accounts
Creating XBRL-reports
Steering rules for the JHS-chart of accounts¶
When implementing an XBRL report, the company’s bookkeeping accounts must be steered to the Tabella’s JHS row model, which is created according to JHS chart of accounts. Accounts are steered in the same way as any other row model’s steerings.
Creating XBRL-reports¶
XBRL reports, such as KTAS, KTPE, KKNR, TOLT are made by using Tabella’s Special reports. The maintenance is located: Maintenance
> XBRL-reports > XBRL-reports. When XBRL is deployed, ready-made report bases are opened in Tabella. The only task left to the System Admin, is to make the missing steering rules.
The following XBRL-report bases are ready in Tabella:
Budget of municipalities and consortium of municipalities (KTAS)
Financial statements forecast of municipalities and consortium of municipalities (KTPE)
Quarterly reports of municipalities and consortium of municipalities (KKNR)
Financial data reporting (TOLT)
